FAQs
What do I need to do before the appointment?
Tidy up property and disclose all highlighted features to cover. If you are providing a lock box please send the lockbox code or contact of person to meet on site prior to the scheduled shoot/scan. This information can be sent by text 720-443-1724 or emailed to boulderrealestatephotography@gmail.com. Please reference the address of property within the message.
What do I need to do during the appointment?
Please close all toilet lids in bathrooms, open all window blinds, turn off all ceiling fans, and turn on all lighting fixtures. You are not required to be on site while we film or photograph the property.
What if the weather is bad the day of my shoot?
We capture all our videos using camera equipment and lenses that thrive even in low light, this means we are able to render quality video despite lighting conditions. Often we combine/incorporate Aerial Drone Footage in Walkthroughs Videos. We check the weather often before any Booked Drone shoot. If we can not fly during the desired time due to weather, we will let you know and happily reschedule the shoot around your schedule.
How long is a session/shoot?
Each Video session will differ depending on the number of features to highlight, the size of the property, and how “Picture ready” the property is at the scheduled time of the shoot. Typically our Residential Walkthrough Video shoots lasts an hour and our Aerial Drone Video shoots last 30 minutes.
